Finally finished...
I think!
Another lovely sunny day. I think this has been the best summer for a while.
D was playing locally in a golf medal so he headed off just after 11am. Lola and I had lunch together before I headed to my wee studio to finish painting Anna's slate. I now think it's done. I will leave it for a few days while I work on the other two slates and hopefully any bits I've missed will jump out at me.
Alan and Penny were out and about in Crieff this morning before returning in time for the wheelchair engineer to pop and in and fix a bolt on Alan's chair. They forgot to do it when they fixed the new footplate. As soon as he'd gone they headed out again to Perth. He's busy busy! :-)
D returned happy with his golf. He would have won the competition if he hadn't stuffed up two par 5s and in the end came 4th.
Blipping early as I'm about to prepare dinner then it's the weekly Tesco online order. I'm organised for that though as I have the coming week's menus sorted and my shopping list written. I know! :-))
Penny and Alan have returned from Perth and have brought D and I a little after dinner treat - Cronuts! I've never heard of them but apparently they are a cross between a croissant and a doughnut. I'll try anything once but suspect one of those will exceed my daily sugar and fat allowance in one go! Oh well, can't be an angel all the time :-)
Pic of my painting process in extras for those of you that like that kind of thing :D
