Where the river meets the sea......

........there are always lots of swans and ducks...... these were quite far out though.

Took a walk along the promenade at Ayr today, then up the river to the Secret Garden for coffee and scones. Bliss. Sat out on the terrace beside the river, it was just lovely.

Back home in time to make dinner for C, the HG and I. Totally spoiled by the huge cream cakes C brought for us for pudding!
