Peacock

We spent a couple of hours pottering about at the allotment - there were lots of bees, hoverflies and butterflies enjoying the available nectar. There were rather too many cabbage whites interested in the young kale plants, but this beauty was enjoying some rocket that is flowering and will hopefully re-seed itself. I even sowed a few more seeds, for spring cabbage, winter lettuce and leaf chicory. You never know. Well, I know that I certainly won't get a crop of anything if I leave them in the packet..... I passed a few on to steviefish, who was half hidden by the amount of greenery on his plot, wielding his clever new hoe.

A quiet afternoon pottering in the house - I even managed to spend a while looking at Blip, which I don't get to do much these days. Very enjoyable; thanks, blippers all!
