Parcel

I had another day's leave (is there no end to this sybaritic existence?*) so went up to the allotment to pick whatever was available and water the pumpkin. I'm not sure that we should give it any encouragement, but Mr H seems strangely fond of it.

Then I went on the long trek to Portobello to collect a parcel from the sorting office - but it was well worth it, because I found that it contained these little beauties. Made by my late ex-father-in-law who'd bought a lathe and taken up wood turning in his retirement - they come from the collection of my ex-mother-in-law who died recently. Thanks, IAA, they're lovely.

*Answer: Yes (tomorrow). :-(
