The Ring of Doom

It is The Ring of Doom.

Most years the woods where Logan and I go daily have a bit of a cull. Old and big trees are felled to allow more light through the canopy for the younger, shorter trees (at least I think that's what the explanation says) it's sad that such magnificent trees should be felled but on the other hand if it stops them accidentally falling* on some innocent dog walker that has to be a good thing, no?


* the woods is not a good place to walk on a windy day if you're of a sensitive disposition - unless you have earphones & your music cranked up high!
