Cathedral Conducting, Rochester
Today we ventured over to Rochester to see the Mars installation at the town's cathedral. We both took images of the installation for our individual journals but I can't say that we were particularly enamoured of them so we thought we would try and get some more experimental images outside the cathedral before we headed home again.
The main shot is mine and is of a hoarding advertising some upcoming classical music concerts at the cathedral and there was just something I liked about the conductor's raised baton with the iron railings and the spire and towers in the background.
My brother said he was aiming to capture a new dimension of a street shot, which is what he achieved quite literally with his extra!
