Dalby Forest
As the weather forecast was not looking great, we decided to head off to Dalby Forest and see if we could find the Bridestones (Bridestones walk). We had a good walk to the stones and then stopped off at the visitor centre for a panini and drink. We then tackled the Woodcock Way (Woodcock Way) which was a longer walk with lots of different scenery. The highlight was a great view of a large adder crossing a path in front of us - simply spectacular.
We got back to the car park just in time to get an ice cream from the van and just before it began to rain.
Great day and lovely forest walks.
