Hot and windy day

Sports training for Keely this morning, she's starting to retrieve things since enjoying tidying up the pool at Swimdog. The blind jump had been put up a bit, Keely easily cleared it.
Then afterwards we popped down to swimdog (they give you a free session after paying for 5, and there just happened to be a session which became free before lunchtime). The dogs did so well, Dina built on yesterday's confidence and happily entered the swimming pool without encouragement. Then, to our surprise, she started jumping off the raised platform. Of course I didn't have the camera ready. When we got home I went for a run (trying to build my milage as I have entered an eight mile run in September). Did 5 miles, I found it quite hard, but hopefully it will get easier. 
I thought these sheep looked cute sitting in the shade on an old milk churn collection platform
