Small Tortoiseshell

This was my only photo taken today .
It was enjoying some of our garden flowers and took a rest to sun itself on our path so that was my chance.
Later MaggieD and I popped down to see how E & E were getting along back at school. It seems so far, so good. Miss E has  couple of teachers who remember our family from their own time at school. Contacts like that help!
