Run on the Flitch Way

Headed off early for our Monday runday as the forecast was for a heatwave ... we chose wisely, the Flitch Way ( an old railway line) the Stansted end ... it is mostly tree-lined and sheltered us from the sun. A very enjoyable 5k, then a walk in Hatfield Forest with a tea in the coffee shop and some blackberry picking. We then headed to the old ticket office in Rayne for a sandwich and  chat.
