Butterfly count and prep for Italy

Started the day at Junior parkrun and a catch-up with C and A. Then packing for Italy and time for a butterfly count. 

Then a training row with Gig Rowers. Jo coxed and we focused on racing turns, starts and 10/10/3. Very enjoyable.  Feeling less stressed about the Italian racing.
