Totem? Pole

St Austell, Clay Country, Mid Cornwall, all the same area really and whilst areas further west may be considered more run down, deprived even it’s hard to see any worse off than this area.
Mrs S and I walked through yesterday and there is that “whiff of decay” about the place, it’s hard to see why people would travel there.
Anyway, some time at the rugby club either side of a late breakfast with David at the Norway Inn. New sockets in the cellar for the soft drinks machine and a check on the extraction fan size required for the boiler space, that will improve the airflow and temperature.

Paddy and I walked up to watch Sam at rugby training in the evening and judging by the way he was pulling on the lead he was keen to join in.
