The Lozarithm Lens

Calne (Wednesday13th August 2025)

It's taken ten days and a lot of time and energy, but Archie's flat battery has finally been removed and taken to the local garage to see if a trickle charge would be able to desulphate the battery. We'll discover the results tomorrow.

On the walk back I took this shot of a planter near the vet's, suitable for BobsBlips' WideWednesday theme of 'a local scene'.

Lozarithm's Lozarhythm Of The Day:
Robert Plant - Too Much Alike (recorded 2010, Nashville TN)
This month's Mojo cover disc is Higher Rock - A Robert Plant Compilation, featuring his solo work from 1993 onwards. From it I have chosen this 1957 rockabilly piece, originally by Charlie Feathers. It seems to have been recorded for the 2010 album Band Of Joy featuring Patty Griffin and Buddy Miller, but wasn't released until a 2CD compilation in 2020.
