Diversion

A pipe burst yesterday morning around the corner from work, flooding the junction with sewage water. The road was closed when I left yesterday and had to go on the motorway to get home.

This morning, I got to work to find out the road was still closed, meaning I had to take a huge detour to get to work, or just park nearby and walk in. It was still closed when I finished later this afternoon too, when I took this picture. Not sure what white van man is expecting to achieve here with the road being closed.
