Juvenile Robin

Just standing on a wall on the shady side of the path .... so much shade that it was really quite dark. Why do robins always look so cross?

Walking along the riverside path a young lady wearing a polo neck jumper and a jacket walked past Holly and me. I was nearly melting like a block of ice cream with the temperature about 25° ..... much too hot for me!
I wonder how the schools will cope in this heat .... kids go back on Thursday.
