Man made mystery object

As requested for today’s TinyTuesday.
 
It was a mystery to me earlier on today, I may explain tomorrow – if I remember  :-))
 
Much of today was taken up with . . .  uum, I’ll tell you tomorrow, if I remember (that sounds familiar).
 
Apart from Amazon deliveries not a lot else has happened, so I better get on with some unpacking.
