Glockenspiel

Went onto town first thing to get the bits of brass for the glockenspiel control latch. We called at Waitrose on the way home to get some flour as they stock Moreen’s favourite .
When we got home I watered the plants in containers and veg finished that at lunchtime 
After lunch into the garage to finish the cover and then adjust the glockenspiel hammers, I have done it a couple of times and yesterday reread the instructions and I haven’t been doing it quite right. I can’t test it until I make the new latch. I did make a start and got the main bids soldered together it looks a lot more robust than the aluminium and glue.
It will take a hour or so tomorrow to finish it.
Had a bit of an accident last evening it was very hot so I put our portable air conditioner on in the bedroom. When Moreen went to bed she called down the bedroom was 30c plus, I went and looked and I haven’t fixed the exhaust pipe properly and it had come off not only the I had turned the unit from cooling to heating. I put it back to cooling and reconnected he pipe but we still had a very uncomfortable night 
This evening I changer the dust filter in our little heat exchanger in the roof so we can also have that running
