Royston Heath

Went to the co op first for some fruit juice then after coffee back onto the organ. Made the glockenspiel latch and fitted it all worked well. Tried the glockenspiel and it worked but I don’t think as loud as it could be,
. Had a think about it and it may need lighter springs or hopefully the easy option it needs some lubrication  on the shaft. I will have a look when the other jobs are done
Spent all the afternoon cutting up and planing an old door to make up the top all looks very good 
This evening we went to Royston for a walk with the folk dancers, it was still very hot so Moreen and I decided to do a shorter walk. We all met later for a picnic and a chat 
Been sunny and very hot up to 34c   Too hot for us
