Grim

Had a relatively relaxed Saturday, with a bit of gardening.  We took some cuttings from our new griselinia hedge, and potted them up.  Liz from next door popped round while we were doing it, so we had a nice chat with her.  We also cut back most of the purple cranesbill in the back garden, in the hopes of getting a second flush of growth and flowers.

While I was having lunch out the front, I spotted what looked like a shiny hover fly in this rose - a closer inspection showed it to be a dead bee, and the cause of its death was obvious too - this sneaky white spider, lurking deep within the petals.  Grim!

Still feeling dizzy today.  I looked it up, and found an exercise to try (Brandt-Daroff), which does say that it is designed to invoke the dizziness, and boy did it.  Made me feel quite nauseous.  Don't think I'll be trying that again unless instructed by the doc!  Might give them a call in the week....
