Breakfast at the Osprey nest

Early morning, around 6 and 7 AM.
Another night when I couldn´t sleep at all due to leg cramps. I got up, ate some ice cream, sat down at my computer, and the cramps went away. As soon as I´ll lay down, they are back.

That all means that I am up as early as there´s life at the Osprey nest. Mother and the two young ones were there at breakfast.
