Vanishing

One of those corners where the cycle lane diminishes to nothing .. 

To the craft fair at the Portrait Gallery first thing.  Lorraine Robson, the sculptor, had some exquisite small things : I bought a pair of ceramic jugs.
Some good textiles, wool, cotton, silk, fabric made from nettles (which is soft, not prickly), and a variety of jewellers. Fair is on today (10th Aug) too. 

To St Marys for the Northumbria Chamber Choir at lunchtime; the best pieces were by Byrd and some of the traditional tunes arranged for 8 parts. 

Very windy out in the afternoon, 16C and dry.
