I took some clothes (mainly) that were surplus to requirements to the Mind shop this morning, and found that the ring road traffic hadn't improved in the seven weeks since I've left, still manic. I saw Margot, caught up with her medical problems and the gossip, had a cup of tea... and generally felt at home. I think I'll be popping back there every now and again :-)

I was hungry, it was lunchtime, so I popped into Bird's and bought a not very good for me sausage roll, and fruit scone with jam and cream, but I don't do it very often so that's okay!

Back home and I went for a walk, the same route as yesterday, and found my blip. Someone had left the gate open and the sheep were enjoying the lush grass.... I went in, they rushed out and I shut the gate. Duty, and blip, done!
