Skrolsvik Fort, Senja

I started work quite early, we decided to stay another night at the wonderful park up. We walk eked to Senja Roasters, about 15 mins away for morning coffee and cake, it was excellent and we bought some coffee too. I worked until about 15.30, then we went on a bike ride, as far west as you can go. The weather cleared up completely, we ended up at Skrolsvik fort, German fort from WW2 pretty much left behind with all the big guns. Interesting to walk around, and a brilliant view to the island that we’d just been on, Andoja. Altogether a 42 km round trip, and another beautiful evening to enjoy cooking and eating outside
