Autumn is on its way...

N took over visiting duties today so I could have a much-needed rest. This afternoon B took me out for an hour to a nearby garden centre for a birthday cuppa and cake, and where the Autumn and even Halloween decorations were out in force!

On my return, crawled round to a neighbour to deliver her birthday present then returned to lie down on the settee, still haven't opened my birthday presents. N's report from her visit with Dad was very worrying, phoned the hospital but couldn't get any answers. Tomorrow I need to insist on talking to consultant.

Overcast and 19 degrees, started to rain late afternoon, just after I'd finished watering the garden.
