Bus into Bath this morning where I was joined by my BC friend for a visit to the above exhibition, lots of very familiar images, after which we found a pavement café out of the wind for a belated lunchtime birthday drink.

The Champagne and Chocolate Cake remain unopened so instead one of the cupcakes I received from next door became a belated birthday cake this evening, and of course there’s Prosecco! 

Total bus journey time = 59mins

Today’s GB medal tally: Silver in Men’s Team Pursuit Track Cycling and in Athletics Men’s 400m. Bronze in Women’s Team Pursuit Track Cycling.

Thank you so much for all your kind birthday wishes, stars and hearts. I’d just like to point out that my outfit makes me look twice my size and I was having a bad hair day!
