Drying Ground Colour

Another appointment today to monitor the progress of my mallet finger and the good news is that it is back to straight, yahey.  I have to take it gradually so I don't undo the last eight weeks, so after I've finished on blip I will watch Destination X (I identified Matterhorn very early doors!) with the splint removed.  

Back home there was time for a couple of jobs before lunch then I was back in the drying ground bramble bashing on the piece of the ground we intend to use for bulbs in the autumn.  It's slow work so I like to pause and enjoy the wildflowers and take a look at the insect life enjoying them too.

It was time to prep dinner so tools in the shed, quick shower and on with the veg peeling.  Where does the day go?!
