Two male bullfinches

These two lovely boys seem quite happy in each other’s company. In previous years we have only ever had one male and one female but there seem to be more this year. Perhaps they are father and son, who knows.
I’m off out tonight to see “elbow” at the Kelvin Bandstand. It’s an outdoor venue and the weather is a bit unpredictable but fingers crossed!
* extra added, we had a beautiful evening at the bandstand in Kelvingrove Park watching the band as the sun went down, really lovely.
