What a day trip!

We’ve covered some serious ground today— started in Gloucestershire, went through Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire,  Northampshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire then Essex before  popping into Suffolk, then onto our final destination Norfolk. Gosh, we clocked up some miles and took in some cracking countryside... all lovely, but let’s be honest — it’s no Cotswolds ;-)

Chippy tea tonight sat in the van, balanced it out with a salad box for health, obviously — ha! 
Got home, quick shoe swap and off to the pub for a cheeky pint before last orders. Technically this counts as a “walk” (our step count today is shocking).

Snapped this photo at Paul’s work — there's not just apple trees here, but spotted these too. Turns out they’re unripe walnuts (thanks, Google). I’m doubly thrilled because I’m actually allowed to help myself... eek!
