Holey Dog!

This fine specimen was gifted to us in someone’s will, and I have often wondered what it signified and why it was specifically given to me. It is a fine specimen of doghood, but it’s kind of missing bits. I guess it would make a fine sermon if it was human, but a dog? Any interpretations are warmly welcome.

Apart from a pleasant visit to my GP, nothing was done TO me for a change, we had a quiet blether about how I’m doing and promises of support along the way.

Speaking of support, I’ve plugged into Ayrshire Cancer Care which is an incredible charity providing so much for sufferers along their pathway. Among so many other things, they provide free transport to and from Glasgow for radiotherapy appointments, and I will be taking advantage of that. The cost to them for that service would be £1,100, and so I’ve decided to raise some money to ‘pay my fare’ in advance.
