Mind Matters

We woke up to cloudy skies although it was still hot. We drove to the big supermarket and got some provisions. We then explored the bits of the town we hadn’t seen before and walked along the sea front for a while. This art exhibition was an interesting discovery, celebrating women’s rights.

The sun came out at lunchtime so we sat by the pool and read. D had a little dip but it was too chilly for me.
We FaceTimed the children tonight. They’d been cooking and had just finished their dinner. It was lovely to see them and a big relief that all is well (although I understand that the dogs are being a bit of a pain).
Back into town for cocktails and we’re eating at a restaurant round the corner from our house.
