Bringing order

..to the streets.

It's been pretty damp and cool today.  I had thought of going up to the butterfly reserve, but that was clearly off.  Instead I took the camera into town and did a bit of food shopping whilst there.

I saw this guy walking up the High Street towards the end of his session of litter clearing and cleaning.  Bringing order to the streets, you might say.  The shot was taken from halfway down Hammonds Passage which has a famous old notice that reads:
City if Winchester.
Anyone committing a nuisance in this passage will be prosecuted.  By Order
