Fence post hawk

Up bright and early to leave this beautiful farm and head home. This hawk can always be seen hunting farmer Sam's cattle pastures. It may also explain why I had only a few birds at the feeders this trip. We worked hard during our stay but got so much accomplished. We always try to find time for some fun. I did not get to go down to the glass beach or the pottery run or rock shopping but there is always next time!
