Summer Barbecue!

We decided to have a family BBQ today, despite forecasts of occasional light showers. Needless to say it tipped it down, just as I started cooking.

Thoughtfully, Kate rushed to get my camera thinking I might need a blip and took this from the shelter of the back door. Even more thoughtfully, she then brought out a pint of Old Crafty Hen to keep me company under the umbrella.

Earlier we’d managed a rain free swim and after we’d eaten (inside) the sun came out and we went to try out the crazy golf course that’s appeared in Clarks village for the summer.
