Sunday - ahhh

Hubby had a Knights’ installation today so he left early. I let Momma sleep in. She does so much better when she wakes up on her own. Meanwhile, I made my breakfast and headed for the front porch. There is so much to see on a mild sunny day. I composed this collage of my sightings to send the family who were probably feeling bad that we weren’t at the ocean with them. Obviously, I was having a grand time. Had planned to just use the morning glory for my blip. Some of the shots are so so. But this is my day and I decided to share it as is. When Momma got up, we got her dressed and I made her a nice fruit, cheese and zucchini bread breakfast with coffee. She joined me on the front porch where we drank our coffee, chatted about all the beauty and read. We had just enough breeze to improve the comfort level. Kristen called. Chase fell down their stairs and sprained his ankle. He is in a boot but luckily it is his left foot so he can still work. He is training for his new job. We stayed out until 2:30. My sister and BIL are heading home and she called to check on us. Hubby stopped to feed the pets after his event and got home around 3:00. I put a roast in the crock pot and went to Jamie’s to water all his plants. He has tons of pots and hanging baskets. Mack is dog sitting at Jamie’s and offered to take the watering duty as well. Said I could rest the bum foot. Everyone is enjoying our Sunday evening, inside on recliners now. Dinner should be ready in a bit. Hoping your day was fun also. Be safe. Thanks for dropping by.
