Doddington Hall Sculptures

A quiet day for us today: lie in, planning the week, watching the Test Match, etc. I wrote my shopping list as we'd intended to go shopping.

We decided to go to Doddington Hall to see the sculpture exhibition in the gardens and go to Morrisons on the way back, but we spent so long wandering around taking photos that there wouldn't be enough time to go shopping. It won't matter, we'll just go tomorrow like normal.

Unlike yesterday I was happy with my photos today, taken on my phone. It was hard to decide what to Blip, so I've added a bunch of extras which will be deleted if I need more down the line.

The main shot is called Family Tree. It's sculpted in bronze by an artist named Jason Wakefield. It will cost you £12,000 if you'd like to own it.

Hopefully we'll go back again while the sculptures are on display and before our passes expire. Now Brian is working again it won't be worth renewing them. I can't get there on my own as it's not on a public transport route.
