Up, up and away!

Strathaven balloon festival got off to a flying start this year, with 3 balloons taking off this evening!
If anyone is in the area and looking for something to do over the weekend, then the weather forecast is good and they are hoping to get a lot of balloons up about 6.30 am tomorrow morning and then again at 6pm tomorrow night. Later in the evening, around 9pm or so, they will have the "Glow" - set to music, the balloon teams create a wonderful effect with their flames! Great fun and all happening in Strathaven park...
