Fête de quartier

The street party continued well into the night. I did not stay too late as I won my tournament match last night and have to play the second round this evening. The whole street was laid out with tables and everybody brought a main dish. The organisers this year provided the aperos and the desserts to celebrate their 70th birthdays this year. I have had a quiet day today recovering from a tiring match yesterday afternoon. It will still be 30 degrees when I go on court at 6 pm with the temperature not due to drop until late in the evening….
