Blomidon

I stopped at The Guzzle in Grand Pre this morning but the tide was too far out so I didn't get any photos of the shore birds. I did see one small flock flying past. Thousands of birds pass thru here every August on their annual migration. In the past I usually see semi-palmated plovers and semi-palmated sandpipers.

I picked up most of the plants I had on my list today. Missing one, but I prefer to get it from a nursery on the south shore, so that will be a trip for next weekend.

My afternoon stop was at Grand Pre. I had a walk around there looking for photos that I could use in the 30 Days of Composition challenge on AYWMC.
