LADY IN LAVENDER

The weather today has been, so far anyway, much better than expected and has been rather warm and lovely.  

We all went into town this morning, did a few chores and shopping, had brunch.  I ent into Tom and Abi's garden centre to look for a pot and actually also found a small bouquet of beautiful blooms.  They're actually from a lady in Allithwaite who is just starting up a business, she grows the flowers herself and makes bouquets from them to sell on.  They look beautiful, chrysanths, sweet peas and several other longer laster varieties.   We walked back up to Kents Bank Road Car Park to pick up the car.  

Hope you like the Bumble in lavendar, i thought it was rather lovely.

After this we popped over to Grange station to pick up our newspapers, couldn't park as there is a Cross Bay Walk on this afternoon, but Hubby dropped me off so no problem.  It's a good job for them that the walk is today and not tomorrow.
