Many hands........

Mark hired a removal van today. He and his son Michael and M's partner, Becky, were busy loading. It's such a big job to sort all the belongings into different lots. Some will go to Margret's grandchildren, some to the auction house, some to charity shops and some to the tip.

I was wiped out today and slept all afternoon. It was good to see Annette who came to clean, but we also had a good catch up.

I have not been eating potatoes or bread for a while because I'm aiming to lose more weight. The potatoes growing in the compost patch are ready and Dick lifted them for me. Tonight I had a chicken breast (air fryer) with carrots and my own new potatoes. Delicious (and not too many calories).
