Looking down on the flower

A much cooler day today that started fairly cloudy. I was up and out for the morning sprint cycle class which was good. After a quick trip into Exmouth followed by a coffee at the gym l wasn’t sure if I was too tired for the Pilates class. I stayed for the class with our regular teacher and enjoyed it. Then home for lunch.

A quiet afternoon, the sun came out and a quick blip of this miniature red peace lily which is looking rather nice. It was a present from our grandchildren.
