Downward

Today has been such a struggle. Woke feeling numb , tired and ready to burst into tears.
Along to Dr ; got my anti depressants doubled.
All day I have felt like walking out of work and going to bed.
Tomorrow I am dreading, I have nothing to do.

Along at a friends babysitting, I am sitting in one room, boys are in the other room; we are watching tje same programme! Teenagers eh! Think I'll have a quiet night.
