Yes, it's that fence again so you know where I've been today.  I'm very surprised because this summer I keep going down thinking of blipping large seabirds and I keep coming home with pictures of small birds you might see in many places in the south, not just coastal.  However, as both this and the linnet are birds I haven't blipped, or even seen before to my knowledge, I'm nothing if not delighted.  I have identified this as a juvenile rock pipit, though I'm always open to correction!  (There's a second shot of it in extras).

That was this morning.  I was back early afternoon so then it was dump the camera at home and straight into town to replenish the fridge.  I just don't know where all the food I buy goes to!  Disgraceful.

And that's about it for today.  It's felt like enough..
