It's Abstract Thursday!

This week's theme, set by our regular host Ingeborg, is 'Reflections'.  This did start off as a reflection of sorts.  I gave up on our pond and the pond at the top of the road as the water in neither is clear enough to give a reflection.  Instead I photographed a mirror which is in the dining room, reduced the image as much as I could, then triplicated it in Phototastic Collage.  I did a bit more faffing, including a double exposure and a colour change and voila!  On reflection, it doesn't look like a reflection any more!
In other news: Mr MC had a golfing day (and evening) and I had lunch and a catch up with my friend C.  This evening, while waiting for Mr MC's return, I watched a few recorded episodes of Ben Fogle's New Lives in the Wild.  These 'off the grid' lives never fail to fascinate me.
