Good meetings this morning but also took a break this afternoon. 


Russian forces tried to cross a pontoon bridge near the city of Lyman. There is a person who goes by Kriegsforcher on social media who says he is a Ukrainian marine and has images that show he is fighting in the war. On July 28th he published images from that pontoon bridge crossing attempt. Lots of destroyed Russian equipment. 

Ukrainian drones attacked a military radio plant. 11 explosions, a fire. 750 km from the border. The plant makes modern communications equipment. The regional governors said there was no damage but eyewitnesses posted photos and videos of a massive fire.
