We decided to excavate the old clothes airer from under a heap of sticks and give the squash something to trail over, as it was covering the ground fast. Easier to keep the potential squashes away from the ground dweller too. 

Went in the early evening for a meal at Domenico's at the kind invitation of Mel - first time I'd been there. Very busy and somewhat cramped. Food OK but not brilliant. Dave home to fossick about prepping for an early departure tomorrow, I went along to the Bowlers Rest to meet up with Sue and Malc who'd just been eating at the Cutting Chai.
