Vernacular

We left for Brussels on the train with Ann (she was going to her work) and met Ben (well known to Ogatodomar followers as Captain Chaos, for a coffee in Midi beside the Eurostar terminal. Spent most of the day travelling so didn't take any pics apart from a lovely Crapper washbasin in the pub in KX (extra) and this view back up the street in Kessel-Lo as we were leaving. Feels like home to me.

(The other extra was taken in a street just around the corner - I hadn't seen this plant before, but eventually identified it as Paulownia tomentosa Gorgeous looking tree, but apparently it's a real problem in an inappropriate street situation like this as it grows big roots and presumably digs up the house eventually.....no idea if it was planted deliberately or self seeded.)
