On the other side

On 20th July I Blipped a new gate in the village and said what a scramble it used to be to get over the stile without falling down the bank on the other side to the field.  
This is the other side, modelled by Ziggy. You can see how much higher he is than me.  Walkers (up to 2 weeks ago) used to clamber over the stile that was there, pull the dog through the dog gate at the side, and try not to fall down this bank and sloping wooden bridge. 
I went swimming this morning and then had C's annual review in the afternoon. There wasn't a lot to say really as he's been confined to his bed for 9 months now as it's unsafe to try to move him with a hoist. I did tell them how much we appreciate the fantastic staff there.
