Everywhere you go... dragonflies! ;-)

Today we drove out to Peyriac de Mer and Étang de Bages-Sigean, south of Narbonne, for a walk around the salt flats and perhaps see a few pink flamingos. 

We did see about two dozen, but they were carefully inhabiting a bit of lake that had no pedestrian access. I didn't bring a long lens, and so had to make do with these loved up Red Veined Darters.

On the way through Bages we stumbled on some art, in slightly less mad surrealism than yesterday. We saw similar here last time we were here, and I may even have blipped it, so here's this year's version (extra)

At a drink stop we met a couple from (I think) Belgium who engaged with us about photography and journalling, and I may have persuaded them to come visit Blipfoto. 

So if there is an Ellie and Jerry [sic] on here soon, it was me.
