Celebrations!

Very much enjoyed the Chair Yoga this morning.
I missed last week’s class as Mr C had an appointment at Pinderfields hospital, and today numbers had increased.

It was Sue’s first class and we both decided we would continue with the classes.

Raining as I walked home. Glad I took my raincoat.
As I opened the door two friends were just leaving. I was disappointed I missed them as we haven’t seen them for many months.
They are part of the Pudsey Ramblers and because of health problems, none of us have been out walking for many months.

After they left we watched the celebrations, in London, for the Lionesses.
Such a momentous occasion which I thought deserved a Blip today.
